Questions
Do I need an account to use Parcel Pilot?
No. The plugin is free and complete on its own: the MyPost Business import file, eParcel labels, checkout rates, automation and the tracking page all work without signing up for anything. A Byteyard account only adds labels bought for you.
Why does buying labels need Byteyard?
Australia Post only lets approved eCommerce partners buy MyPost Business labels from other software. Byteyard holds that connection on its own servers, so the partner key never sits in a plugin anyone can download, and your store talks to Byteyard instead.
When do real labels open?
When Australia Post approves Byteyard as a MyPost Business eCommerce Partner. There's no date yet, and we won't guess one. Ask to be told and we'll email you once.
Does Byteyard see my MyPost Business password?
No. You approve Byteyard inside MyPost Business, under Business details, eCommerce Partners, so your password is never shared. You can disconnect it in Parcel Pilot whenever you like.
What does Byteyard do with my customers' details?
Passes them to Australia Post to buy each label, and keeps what's needed to print, cancel and track it. Nothing is sold or used for marketing. The details are in our privacy policy.
